Pride women's golf ends September at Waldorf Invitational

RICE LAKE, Iowa - With the weekend sandwiched in between this tournament and their next, the Clarke University women's golf team wrapped up September with a ninth place finish at the Waldorf Invitational on Friday at Lake Mills Golf Course.

The Pride were led by freshman Jessi Wagner's 104 as she carded the lowest round of her young collgiate career in her third tournament of the season.

Halle Boldt (112), Allea Stone (113), Maddie Patton (113), and Camdyn Penick (121) rounded out the top-five scores while Maya England (126) and Katherine Whitson (115) finished off Clarke's day as individual competitors not playing towards the team score.

Clarke will get back on the course on Monday when they travel to Randall Oaks Golf Course in Elgin, Ill. for the Judson Invite as their last compeition before the Heart Preview at the end of October.
