Full NAIA Women’s Basketball Tournament Field Announced, Clarke to Host Dakota Wesleyan, Rust, and College of the Ozarks as part of Duer Quadrant

KANSAS CITY, Mo. - With the NAIA Women's Basketball National Championship Tournament slated to begin next Friday and Saturday Mar. 15-16, four teams were selected to play their first and second round games at Clarke University's host site as part of the announcement of the entire tournament field on Thursday evening.

Pride women's basketball was selected as a No. 2 seed within the Duer Quadrant as the top seed at the Dubuque Site as they will begin their NAIA tournament against No. 15 seed College of the Ozarks as Friday's first game at 5:30 p.m. CT in the Robert and Ruth Kehl Center.

The second game hosted in the Kehl Center will take place between No. 7 Dakota Wesleyan University and No. 10 Rust College at 7:30 p.m. CT or approximately 30 minutes following the conclusion of the first game on Friday night.

The winner of both games on Tuesday will then face off for a chance to head to Sioux City, Iowa's final site and the NAIA Round of 16 on Saturday evening with the second round game scheduled for a 5:30 p.m. CT tip.

The four-team field will tout a combined win total of 101, two conference regular season titles, and two conference tournament championships with both Clarke and Rust winning 28 games and winning their conference's regular season, College of the Ozarks winning 25 games, and Dakota Wesleyan winning 20 before the start of the NAIA Tournament with both Rust and Ozarks capturing conference tournament titles.

On top of the 2023-24 season success of the four teams set to battle it out in the Kehl Center next weekend, Clarke and Dakota Wesleyan are two of just seven teams in the entire 64-team field to hold an NAIA Women's Basketball National Championship in their program's history with the Pride defending their title from 2023 this year and the Tigers winning the title in 2018.

All three games will be broadcasted on the Clarke Pride Sports Network at https://team1sports.com/clarke/ as Doug Wagen and Jim Blaine will provide the play by play and color commentary for the first and second round games in the Kehl Center. Each game will be a pay-per-view model of $7.50 plus an $.50 service fee from Clarke's streaming provider Hudl for an $8.00 (plus tax) charge per game.
