Midwest Collegiate Conference all-conference soccer squads announced

Gleich and Kass are repeat first-team selections. Kass was an honorable mention all-conference pick as a sophomore.

Sullivan led the Crusaders in goals (12), points (30) and game-winning goals (4).

Coach Sean Esterhuizen's team finished the season with a 13-5-1 mark. The 13 wins in a season is a school record. Estherhuizen's 2007 squad held the previous school record with 12 victories.

Ashley Dexter of St. Ambrose University was named the MCC Player of the Year. The league's MCC Newcomer of the Year Award went to Viterbo's Steph Wisen, while Ashford's Mick Regan was cited as the MCC Women's Soccer Coach of the Year.

Two members of Clarke's men's team, Kraig Moore (Sr., Midfielder, Kennewick, Wash.) and Dino Ramic (So., Forward, Pasco, Wash.) were named honorable mention all-conference. Ramic, who garnered MCC Newcomer of the Year in 2008, led Clarke's 2010 squad in points (18) and assists (6).

Grand View's Luis Heitor-Piffer garnered the league's player and newcomer of the year awards.

Mount Mercy's Amir Hadzic was named the MCC Coach of the Year.
