Pride shooting struggles leads to 80-62 loss at Kansas Wesleyan

Salina, Kan. - Looking to leave the two-day tournament at Kansas Wesleyan with a pair of wins, the Clarke University men's basketball team dropped their true road game to KWU on Saturday evening by a final score of 80-62.

Late in the game, the Pride had cut it to a 68-61 Coyotes lead before Kansas Wesleyan finished the game on a 12-1 run to pull away and win by the final 18-point margin.

CU struggled from the field as they shot 29.6 percent from the field and 25 percent from three-point range as Kansas Wesleyan had more success from the field with a 43 percent finish and they shot 29 percent from three-point range.
