Morgan Pfohl was named the head coach for the Clarke University cheer and dance team in January 2026 after originally joining the coaching staff in 2025 as an assistant coach for the Pride.

The Dubuque native joined the Pride staff after a four-year collegiate dance career from 2019 to 2023 at St. Ambrose University where she helped her team earn 12 State Championships from the Iowa State Dance and Drill Team Association (ISDTA) and four NAIA Regional Championships, which qualified the Fighting Bees for the NAIA Championships.

At the NAIA Championships, SAU earned the National Championship in her sophomore and senior seasons while finishing as the runner-up in 2022 when Pfohl was a junior as she was also named an NAIA All-American all four years, named to the NAIA Academic All-District Team, named an NAIA Scholar-Athlete, and chosen as an NAIA Champion of Character over her four-year career while also serving as a team captain in her final two seasons.

Since graduating from St. Ambrose in 2023 with a bachelor's degree in accoutning, Pfohl has been an instructor at Xtreme Dance Studio in Dubuque and also has coached for the Iowa Elite Dance Team while working full time as an accountant at Honkamp P.C.
